At Novazign, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the customizable nature of our products, please review our return and refund terms carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

Please email us at moc.ngizavon@tcatnoc with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. We will review your request and provide instructions.

3. Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
